Chris Kaselak
As general contractor, Chris heads all construction for North Hill Homes. Chris is a well-known and respected builder who has been operating in the Asheville area for the past 20 years. In that time, he’s overseen more than 100 builds, both commercial and residential. Chris is known for his thoughtful approach and attention to detail. A longtime resident of the local area, he brings with him a deep network and strong reputation for excellence. Chris has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a licensed (unlimited) general contractor in North Carolina.
Joe Kaselak
Joe directs marketing and sales for North Hill Homes, focusing on market strategy, buyer outreach, and the positioning of each neighborhood development. He began investing in Asheville real estate in 2015 and relocated to the area in 2018 to partner with Chris in building North Hill Homes.
Outside of work, Joe and his partner are raising their son in Swannanoa, where they spend much of their time exploring the region’s trails and enjoying the outdoor spaces.
Carlos Hernandez
Carlos is a Construction Manager and oversees the onsite day-to-day construction of homes. He expertly manages the various trades that are required to take plans to reality. Carlos has a background in various construction trades and originally hails from Flagstaff, Arizona.
Alex Ernest-Jones
Alex is a Construction Manager at North Hill Homes. From the Berkshires to the Blue Ridge, Alex’s affinity for the Appalachian Mountains manifests in the homes he builds. With a degree from Penn State in Landscape Architecture, Alex has been working in the design and construction industry for 15 years. He shares our team’s collective ethos, one focused on building stunning, elegant, and energy-efficient mountain homes that both celebrate and protect the natural environment that surrounds them.
